A week to agree what the thing is. Days to a prototype you can click. Weeks to something in production doing real work for real people. We would rather show you a rough running system than a beautiful deck about one, because the running system is the only thing that finds the problems early.
AI where it actually pays
We will happily talk you out of a model. Most of what a business calls an AI problem is a plumbing problem with a judgement call at the end — so we build the plumbing properly and spend the model only where judgement is genuinely needed. That is also the cheapest way to run it.
Built to be handed over
Your repository, your cloud accounts, your data, documented as we go and tested where it counts. Keep us on for support if it suits you; take it in house if it does not. Nothing we build should need us to stay in the room for it to keep running.

Everything we sell, we run: pipelines that find and qualify our own leads, monitors that watch live feeds and text a person when something breaks, generation systems that grade their own output and adjust.
